Ethos Healthcare Services will offer Social Connector (SCC) services to individuals within the community. SCC services aim to facilitate the development of relationships and natural supports, encourage community interaction, enhance safety and independence, and address personal goals. Ethos Healthcare Services will utilize typical community settings to create an immersive SCC learning environment. These services can be arranged as one-time events or recurring sessions, and they will be provided either one-to-one or in small groups ranging from 2 to 5 persons.
SCC services will empower individuals to confidently and competently navigate their community, exposing them to diverse cultural, social, recreational, volunteer, and employment opportunities. Additionally, SCC will educate individuals on accessing their community in an informed manner, enabling them to plan, choose, and learn while engaging with their surroundings.
