Ethos Healthcare Services will offer round-the-clock daily assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Ethos Healthcare Services will provide Individual Residential Support Services (IRSS) to those seeking to maintain independence in their preferred community settings. IRSS is tailored for groups of three or fewer individuals residing together in Personal Care Alternative (PCA) or Host Home settings, each customized to meet specific needs.
Both PCA and Host Home models will be employed by Ethos Healthcare Services for service delivery. PCA options will accommodate 1-3 individuals living together in flexible settings, adaptable to individual support requirements and preferences, whether in their own residence or a property managed by the agency.
Host Homes, operated by single caregivers, couples, or families, will open their doors to individuals with IDD, supporting independent living within the community of their choice. Ethos Healthcare Services will offer Host Home arrangements catering to 1-2 individuals in a family setting, with consideration for 3-person setups based on agreement and suitability.
As part of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), Ethos Healthcare Services will spearhead the development of each individual’s Individual Services and Supports Plan (ISSP). Monthly quality monitoring, round-the-clock on-call assistance, nursing care, dietary accommodations, accessible housing, medical transportation, medication management, access to community resources, and opportunities for meaningful relationships will be provided. Individuals can select the model and environment that best suits them, with support from Ethos Healthcare Services in transitioning to alternative providers if needed.
